I had such a great stay at this hotel in Sapa. The location was perfect, with amazing views of the valleys and surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay very special. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the prices were very reasonable. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful every morning.

We were fortunate to get a premier space with the very best perspective over the hills. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was still in the city centre. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was very well organized. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

That we experienced limited hot water in the shower. This made it difficult to fully enjoy our time during peak hours.

This mountain hotel was situated down the hill just outside of the city center, making it a quiet location with amazing views of the valley. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering excellent service and even providing fried banana and drinks for our journey. The amenities were quaint and charming, while the location was near everything and conveniently close to the Sapa express bus station.
